Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

You may request returns or exchanges for most items purchased from sellers and suppliers listed on our platform within the specified return window.
Products explicitly identified as ‘not returnable’ on the product detail page cannot be returned.
Products eligible for return/exchange must be in good condition, as determined by Unifashia.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Products:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product from any seller listed on our platform, you are eligible for an exchange or return, as provided in the product description page.

Return and Exchange Options:

Certain products on Unifashia.com offer two return options: (a) Wrong/Defect item return option, and (b) all return option.
The all return option allows you to return a specific product for reasons other than it being wrong or damaged, subject to the seller’s return/exchange policy.
The Wrong/Defect item return option enables you to return a product if it is defective, damaged, wrong, or incomplete due to the seller’s fault or if you have received the wrong product.

Return Guidelines:

Before initiating a return or exchange request, please ensure that:

The product is in its original condition with all packaging, tags, warranty cards, and accessories intact.
The product has not been used, altered, damaged, or soiled in your possession.
The return is made within the specified return window for each product, as mentioned on the product detail page.

Free Return Option:

Customers who have opted for the all return option can return the product free of cost, regardless of the reason.
Customers who have opted for the Wrong/Defect return option can return the product free of cost if the fault lies with the supplier, subject to specific categories.

Initiating a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, follow these steps:

Go to the ‘My Orders’ section on our platform and select the product eligible for return.
Create a ‘return request’ and follow the instructions provided on the platform.
After raising the return request, a Return ID will be generated by Unifashia.
If you purchased multiple products in a single order, you can raise individual return requests for each item.
Prepare the product for pick-up, ensuring it is in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Our delivery partner will conduct a quality check during pick-up to ensure it meets the return guidelines.
The product will be picked up from the same address where the delivery was made, unless specified otherwise.

Exchange Process:

All returnable products are eligible for exchange, subject to the return options mentioned above and stock availability.
If the cost of the new product for exchange is higher than the original product, you will need to pay the difference amount.
If the cost of the new product is lower, the difference amount will be refunded to you.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be credited to the same source of payment used during the purchase, after deducting the cost of return (if applicable).
In case of cash on delivery orders, you will be asked to provide your bank account details for the refund.

Processing Time for Refunds:

Refunds for credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI-linked bank accounts, and Unifashia Balance will be processed within 3-7 business days.
Refunds for cash on delivery orders will be processed within 3-7 business days after updating bank account details.

Instant Refund:

We offer instant refunds for cash on delivery orders, triggered within 4 hours of product pickup.
Certain conditions must be met for Instant Refund, as specified in our policy.

Miscellaneous:

All customer claims and requests for return/refund are subject to Unifashia’s satisfaction.
We reserve the right to amend, change, modify, add, or remove any portion of this policy at any time without prior notice.
