The Cancellation Policy governs the procedure for canceling an order placed by customers or resellers (“Users”) on Unifashia.com. Please familiarize yourself with the following details:
Cancellation by the User:
When can the User cancel an order?
The User can cancel an order after placing it on the platform but before the supplier dispatches the product.
How can the User cancel an order?
To cancel an order, go to ‘My Orders’ in your ‘Profile,’ select the specific order, and click on “Cancel Order.” Provide the reason for cancellation from the options provided.
Reasons for User’s Order Cancellation:
The User may cancel the order for various reasons, including:
Placing the order for testing purposes
Placing multiple orders for the same product
Unacceptable expected delivery date
Changing shipping or billing address
Changing their mind about the order
Updating contract details or payment mode
Changing size or color of the product
Any other valid reason
Cancellation by the Supplier:
When can the supplier cancel an order?
The supplier can cancel an order within 1 day after the scheduled dispatch date.
Reasons for Supplier’s Order Cancellation:
The supplier may cancel an order due to reasons such as:
Product unavailability
Product out of stock
Inability to dispatch the order on time
Cancellation by Unifashia:
When can Unifashia cancel an order?
Unifashia can cancel an order anytime between the order placement and product delivery.
Reasons for Unifashia’s Order Cancellation:
Unifashia may cancel an order due to reasons like:
Non-serviceable delivery address
Unsuccessful delivery and product return
Lost product during transit
Payment confirmation not received for online payments
Incomplete or incorrect shipping/billing address provided by the User
Regulatory lockdown or restrictions affecting order dispatch
Auto cancellation due to high return risk
Supplier’s non-compliance with fair business practices
Non-confirmation from the User during delivery
Cash on delivery not available for the ordered product
Unfulfillment due to other reasons
Any other valid reason at Unifashia’s discretion
Refunds:
How will the User receive the refund?
If the User made a payment before canceling the order, the amount paid will be refunded. The refund will be credited to the same payment source (bank accounts, UPI, etc.) used during the purchase. In case of wallet payments, the refund will be credited back to the original source.
Status of Discount Vouchers or Promotional Offers:
If the User used any discount vouchers or promotional offers for the canceled order, those offers will be forfeited.
Processing Timelines for Refunds:
Refunds for credit/debit cards, net banking, and UPI-linked bank accounts will be processed within 3-7 business days.
Miscellaneous:
Unifashia reserves the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of this policy at its discretion without prior notice. Users are advised to review the policy periodically for updates.
